over the last ten years, i've had the joy of being in many roles — ux designer, implementation lead, javascript developer, team manager and more.

these experiences not only helped grow my skills in different disciplines, but they've also taught me to appreciate how each role plays a crucial part in building trust.

in my experience, (in addition to having the right product) trust is the number one factor in successful teams, designs and implementations. in fact, i think even the best products can fail if trust isn't present.

one of my favorite types of challenges is working with end-users to build that trust, and then working with teams to help deliver on it.

maybe our paths will cross and we'll have the opportunity to build something cool together.
